Directions: Massage into scalp 3-4 times per week. 

May be used as hot oil treatment or pre-poo

Hot oil treatment direction: Evenly distribute oil throughout hair. Cover with shower cap for 15-20 minutes. Rinse oil from hair and shampoo and condition hair as desired.
