What happens if my body butter melts during shipping?

Place your body butter in the refrigerator until it solidifies. 

 

Do you substitute ingredients?

Yes, we substitute ingredients for standard orders only, except our whipped body butter. If you are allergic to tree nuts, please order our whipped mango butter. Processing, shipping times, and price may vary for custom orders. INGREDIENTS WILL NOT BE SUBSTITUTED FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS.

 

How should products be stored?

Products should be stored in a cool location, away from moisture and direct sunlight. (With the exception of the soap bar you are currently using)
